As a staff member, you can offer daily classes...otherwise it would be a weekend seminar or retreat as a guest
My grandma worked/lived there. First she visited & expressed interest. The application process included a group interview. Then she worked as a fill in staff person so they could get to know her. Finally she was officially hired on and moved there. I do know it's important that people move there who are stable and not trying to run away from crisis etc. . . I'm sure you can imagine why people would seek that place out to find stability, etc. But for the good of everyone it's important to be in a good place emotionally first. 💙
