I spoke to 5 different supervisors. The supervisor in charge of the CCW is a supervisor that shouldn't be in charge. He was a former supervisor of SOS security. He single handedly lost the contract in Newport beach fashion island to St. Moritz. We all kept trying to tell him the issues going on with some of the guards. He honestly couldn't do his job. We all had no choice but to switch since he refused to do post checks. I have no idea how this unprofessional supervisor was able to get another job after losing a million dollar contract. We were all putting in some insane hours to try and save the job. I myself was working 60 plus hours a week. I called him out and he didnt like that. 5 guards one going into law enforcement for LAPD had to find other jobs due to extreme gross negligence.
Hello. Im currently an employee of this Company and i have been with them for almost three years now. I find this to be a GREAT company to work for. Office staff has always been cool. Do your job and you will has NO issues. They have very very strict tardy and absentee policy BUT When they pay 35.00 hour like it get I ALWAYS there. Only been tardy 1 time in almost 3 years. This company is what u make it. I would have no problem refering this company. No one asked me to do this either.. Good luck
