3 and a half hours for a tire change with an appointmentand the tires vibrate when I’m on the highway. I thought i would give costco tires another chance. Go somewhere that only does tires.

Easy breezy tire shop, they are ALWAYS SUPER BUSY. Best to place your order at costco.com and have the tires shipped here. You can book an appointment online once they ship via the email link, all in all, if you do it online it will take about 2 weeks before you can get your tires installed. If you are in a rush, walk-in, though due to the nature of the many tire combinations, not all tires are in stock and it does take a few days to get special sizes. The staff works very hard even in the chaos. The free nitrogen air pumps in the parking spots in front of the tire shops are GREAT and fairly accurate. I personally feel like they fill up 1-2 psi below your selected setting, so if you pick 38psi, you might be really putting 36psi, always fill when the tires are cool for the most accurate readings...mornings best; tires will heat up 2-4 psi when hot so select a higher psi setting if your tires are hot... say 36psi to really fill up 32-34psi cold, manufacturer's recommendation is always based on cold. Also, if your tires were originally filled with nitrogen, this doesn't really apply...nitrogen doesn't expand as much, maybe 1 psi when hot so 36psi hot is probably around 35psi cold, depending on your car's weight and driving style, so for those with nitrogen in the tires, i'd use a 1psi differential.

The first trip to the tire center the guy was very rude. The 2nd trip he was much nicer and seemed to be in a better mood.

No. You can just walk in. Mostly they have tires in stock.
I don't think you'll get your answer on here, but call them and they will answer.
Excellent!!! Anthony is the manager and he's wonderful as everyone we have encountered in the tire department.
Appointments recommended but are not necessary. Walk ins serviced according to bay availability.
