Hector, Bryan, Patrick, James, Shelbie, Seth, Jason, George, and the rest of the team (you know who you are) is the best group of people to work with. I've been with the company for roughly 4 months, 1 week and I myself have climbed the ladder in ranks after 90 days on the job. I went from being a regular security officer working the beat to being promoted to Flex Field Supervisor! All thanks to the team and the best trainer in the company, one of my really good friends and mentor Luis "Big Lou" Lopez. Big Lou thank you for all your help and support, you continue to be there when I need you the most. Thank you a million times Big Lou. This job is one of the best jobs I have ever had . I have worked here for over a year I can personally tell you they pay better then other security jobs I have applied for. I even got employee of the month. I have great hours and understanding supervisors , Davonte Taylor my field supervisor continuously keeps communication active and is always ready to answer and help with any questions I have. As well as all supervisors and scheduling managers. Truly appreciate working here.

Great company with good work environment and pays better than most security companies. There are opportunities for promotion and the company is fast growing, will soon take over the entire California market. On the down side, there is no benefit program.

By far the best company somebody can work for in the security industry. Just six months in and I'm already getting promoted!! Very fortunate to be able to call Allied my family. I literally called for 5 months. I'm pretty much over it. Literally called over 1000 times. Left messages emails and so on.
I spoke to 5 different supervisors. The supervisor in charge of the CCW is a supervisor that shouldn't be in charge. He was a former supervisor of SOS security. He single handedly lost the contract in Newport beach fashion island to St. Moritz. We all kept trying to tell him the issues going on with some of the guards. He honestly couldn't do his job. We all had no choice but to switch since he refused to do post checks. I have no idea how this unprofessional supervisor was able to get another job after losing a million dollar contract. We were all putting in some insane hours to try and save the job. I myself was working 60 plus hours a week. I called him out and he didnt like that. 5 guards one going into law enforcement for LAPD had to find other jobs due to extreme gross negligence.
