I am trying to reserve a tour for me and my family, we are visiting from Scotland next month and my 16 Yr old is really keen on astrophysics, the website keeps telling me no tours available, even when I haven't entered a date yet?

Next public tour will be held in November 2018. You might try to see if there are any public lectures available at JPL during your stay.
