Came her to get a loan for a few diamond rings and the owner Art and his friends there tried to scam me , they are always speaking Armenian even if the Customer is there . I speak Armenian and they tried to scam me. They estimated my gold rings for such a low price , they are unprofessional, most of there reviews are paid. Don’t go there

Talkative, informative, very open with pricing (they show you comparable prices online for item(s) in question and go over price quotes and selling points with you). I dealt mostly with Simon, who was kind and had a sense of humor. He was honest and gave me the best options for selling my items. I ended up selling to the shop, as I needed cash quick and my items were only taking up space in my apartment. Quick and easy service. I felt welcome. Business is clean. A pawnshop has 3 options when a customer doesn’t return for their item. Goal is to recover money loaned as fast as possible to have the $$$ available for others seeking a loan. Gold can be resold in the store, wholesaled, or scrapped (recycled). Depending on the shop. On gold jewelry, we typically will keep the items 6 additional months after the final due date before we do anything to it or have wholesalers hold it for us to get it back while we use the money. We understand very well that most pawned items have an additional sentimental value that cannot be replaced. So we do everything we can to make sure the pawned item is no longer desired.
