Its being remodeled right now should be done soon last time i was there (a week or so ago) they still were working on the exterior around the restaurant.
It will open April 30th.
Because it is under renovation.
This is a rental hall facility...i am sure the people who run the facility have office hours.... When I qas there they were getting ready for remodeling...
