If I can give a zero I would. DO NOT PUT YOUR STORAGE HERE. I was late on my payment due to losing my job because of covid. But they did NOT HESITATE to put my storage up for auction. They Did not call or even mail or email me to warn me they were considering to auction it off. I had so many personal documents that I would like to at least get back but, they don’t even bother to call the auctioneers who bought my storage. Very cold hearted people here! Looking into getting a lawyer about this.
