Really can't say...I booked online and drove 40 min to get there (after finding out arrangements made elsewhere were canceled by host) just to find out they overbooked and couldn't take me. Frustrating at 10pm when you're tired and driving all over LA looking for a place to sleep.

Let me start by saying the staff is super friendly and accommodating! However, the first room wreaked of cigs. In the 2nd room the HK supervisor opened our door and was surprised to see we had been checked into the room. Which didn't surprise me because the room had been poorly cleaned. At least she sent someone in to vacuum the disgusting floor but I had to mop it myself. There was stuff splattered on the walls and night stand, black hairs under the hand towels in the bathroom, graffiti on the headboard and there were no bath towels. When we asked for towels the front desk had to take from an unoccupied room because she didn't have any clean ones at the desk. There also was NO breakfast as advertised, just a handful of granola bars. However the staff was friendly and accommodating. They gave me a blowdryer when I had forgotten mine. The sheets and mattresses were clean and the parking lot felt safe. All-in-all I wouldn't stay again but I greatly appreciate the staff and the refund they gave me. I hate to complain but I work in a hotel so I know how it goes and we all deserve a clean room.
