Take it to Save-A-Pet. They will nurse it back to health and a foster will take it in until it's properly weight and then it will get Spade or Neutered, tagged, given all its shots and then it will be adopted out. Maybe sign up to be a foster as they can only take kittens in as there is space. It is a no-kill shelter.
Due to covid restrictions you need to call first. They have limited personnel and a limit on people in building. I was just there last week. Great shelter and people though.
