They are open Sunday thru Friday at 4pm. They are closed for the sabbath.
Definitely reservations are recommended for restaurant
This is a storage facility - not a vineyard. You can see casks of wine - not grapes. The tour is mostly about the history and is told in photos on the wall. It is a nice thing but no reservation needed. The wine tasting costs $10 but if you but a bottle of wine, they refund that. The restaurant might need a reservation.
Tour no reservation needed (assuming that it's open). For the restaurant, no but it's highly recommended as there are nights that they are so busy that they won't accommodate walk ins.
The tour is self-guided and I do not believe a reservation is required. Tastings do not require a reservation either. Reservations are recommended for dining at Tierra Sur.
