Nobody can make money on a bail bond except a bail bondsman. If he's already been sentenced you're probably way too late. Bail is something you get while your fighting your case. Now if they made a mistake on the case, you could maybe get what they call an "appeal bond", but that's something that would need to be requested by his attorney and set by the court.
