I had the worst experience ever! I took my mother with me, and the lady who was giving my mother a pedicure made a comment which led Michelle, who was doing my dip-powder manicure make an unnecessary suggestion on her behalf. I thanked her for her rude unsolicited advice. Michell was upset. When it came to dusting off the powder from nails, she slapped my wrist instead of tapping or flickering my finger, as most nail techs do. I told her it hurt, and then she rolled her eyes and tapped my finger, engraving her nail onto my finger. I told her it hurt, and she rudely apologized. In addition, I was shown gel-color examples instead of the dip powder examples, which led to having two different layers: one powder and another gel, to match the color I asked for initially. I was so uncomfortable by my experience I just wanted to leave, but after realizing she completely dismissed putting the top coat on one of my hands, I had to return. The double layer of different nail polish affected the longevity of my manicure, and it also led to my hair constantly getting tangled in between layers every time I combed my hair; I was frequently taken back to the negative experience in this nail salon. It was a very uncomfortable experience, mainly because their eyes and body language speak for them even though one can't understand what they are saying. I talked to the manager and expressed my discomfort and unfortunate experience, and he couldn't even look me in the eyes. Please do not come to this place! There are plenty of other nail salons that will act professionally and not gossip about their customers in front of them. I paid over 240 for terrible service, don't make the same mistake. As a customer, you are worth more than being mistreated.

I love this nail salon! It's very cute and they have lots of technicians working all the time. They always do a wonderful job on my nails. Carly did my pedicure today ... she's very friendly, professional and a very hard worker. Carly did an amazing job on my pedi. They even accept Zelle payments! They have lots of the latest nail art to choose from.

Never in my life have I got such a bad set. The girl did my nails super fast like she was in a rush. She used the drill on my WHOLE finger. All my nails are a different size & lumpy. She didn’t drill down the cuticle to blend in with my natural nail. I’m taking them all off as soon as I get home
