My first and only time I shopped at PEP BOYS was when I traveled through Tyler Texas. I was rather pleased with their inventory and employees. I will most definitely shopped there whenever I'm in that area
Well I used to work at the tyler store. The people there now are not the greatest but what do you expect from a parts store.
Never had an issue..always helpful, and move rather fast.
