I'm new in Sacramento, and want to know is this place for all ages, or adults?

It's for all ages. I take my children (ages 5-9) here for their guided hikes and bird showcase (it's free; check their online calendar). Then we hang out along the river banks and have snacks. It's a good place to take your kids.

Yes it Is for all ages. I take my grandaughters they love it!

All ages. They have a small Museum. As well as other activities. I would reccomend taking kids. Teenagers may not find it exciting tho
