I love Lotus Garden! I always looked forward to their Friday night candlelight kirtan events. It was such a relaxing a beautiful way to end the week and the perfect beginning to the weekend. Thank you for all the lovely times!

The Lotus Garden Meditation Center is like a hidden oasis for me. The Friday night Kirtan really helps me to unwind from the busy week. The Sunday night Kirtan helps me to be prepared for what awaits early Monday morning. Everyone is very friendly and the grounds contain multiple spots to sit quietly and relax.

Lotus Garden is an oasis for me, a place where I can go and experience a warm and welcoming environment whether at a lively fun kirtan on Sunday or mellow kirtan on Friday. Meditation classes are offered several times each week and a variety of yoga classes for beginners and experienced students.

Yes yoga class passes are the best and probably the least expensive in Sac. A 10 class pass is $99 ($85 for seniors) and unlimited monthly pass is $115 ($105 for seniors) lots of free meditation classes and programs to compliment your practice
