Banfield Pet Hospital takes wonderful care of my two cats Sebastian and Leopold. They are calm and caring and have gone the extra mile to ensure they feel comforted by providing videos for them to watch during their stay. The only concern I have is with reception unable to accurately read their shot records which was concerning to me. It was straightened out eventually but did create quite a bit of confusion for follow up shots.

Dropped my baby off at 10am. Got a call back at 4pm. Waited 6 hours to get told that they were hesitant about treating my family and if they DID go ahead it would be two months away, and I would pay through the nose to do it. Instead they said I should go to another, "better suited" facility that might help me better. So when I went to pick her up this afternoon, I spoke with the facility manager. They are grossly understaffed, and woefully in need of help. They even would be outsourcing my furbaby's surgery and bringing in a specialist because the surgeon on staff isn't even competent enough in her own abilities to do it correctly. Never going back there.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

It probably depends on his weight, if you want him group cremated/private, and if you want to be present. You should call and ask so they can tell you the differences, the ladies here are all incredibly nice and compassionate!
