I have been going to Dr. Frankels office for years since my son had teeth. I always had been given excellent service however today the treatment I received from a lady over the phone was horrible. I’m a grown adult and didn’t appreciate her talking to me like I’m a child. She needs to learn how to speak to adults. I got referred to an office to get caps and the office didn’t even take my insurance. I do not fault the office for this however when I called to inquire the way I was spoken to was uncalled for. I am not a child and she needs to learn how to speak to adults properly. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this office. I think it’s outrageous the way she spoke to me. She swore her doctor made the right decision in my sons dental care. Very sad because I enjoyed this dentist and referred many people here but after my conversation and experience with being sent to an office that doesn’t take my insurance I’m finding a new dentist.

I highly recommend this practice, they have always taken care of my children and my own dental needs. The staff are friendly and professional. You feel like part of the family. They are always willing to accommodate around your schedule. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING FOR ANOTHER RECEPTIONIST, DENTISTS, DENTAL HYGENISTS OR ORTHODONTISTS ... They have it all.

Dont go here! Horrible service, they rush you and miss things they should have seen everytime. They will cause your problem to worsten because they do a half job then it takes 3 months for another appointment(not due to insurance ) they rush and dont care. Do not waist your time here!
