From what I understand, they won't be turning it on this year. 😢
It doesn't come on this year due to needing new pump and filtration system it will probably I'm thinking be a few years because it's a costly repair and Stockton can't afford it so that sucks but no Fountains at all this year
Lisa is correct. Please see previous questions regarding the same subject. City is seeking contractor bids to replace/repair the plumbing.
