The place is perfectly lit for reading. The furnitures are in mint condition. It's also very clean (I can't find any stain spots). There are wide variety of books and DVDs although the number of books are still very limited. I was here to read some mangas and it seemed that the manga collection here was worse than the one in Tracy.

Staff's are very friendly and helpful. It's super quite and neat there. The bathroom is super clean and I usually hate public bathrooms lol.

For adult accounts the fee is .25 cents per day, per item. For children's accounts the fee is .10 cents a day per children's item and .25 cents per day on any adult item.
Everyone and as long as you can sign your name you can get a library card
There is a fee for every page you print. I believe it's about 10 cents
