I am considering a vaca in Nov. in Los Angeles. I've seen the Embassy Suites in Hampton, Va and was impressed but didn't see the rooms. That said, I'm hoping the Los Angeles location is equally impressive. But need to know the nearby attractions?

This hotel is about 5min from the airport... Attractions: Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach... Many others that are approx 20-30min away. If you use your GPS, directions will navigate you specifically.

The hotel is 15 minutes from downtown Manhattan beach- pier, shopping, great restaurants, breweries. Downtown El Segundo is only a mile away which has awesome restaurants too. Rock N Brews, El Segundo Brewing Co, Sausalito Mexican etc...

I was just there in mid December 2018 and agree the hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. It's 2 miles to Dockweiler beach and about 30 minutes to Venice Beach. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport.

They have a very courteous, friendly, and professional staff, they will tell you about all the nearby attractions.

Embassy Suites Hotel is beautiful, with friendly and helpful staff, very close to airport, and near beaches.

The rooms are spacious and well kept. If you do stay here make sure you ask for a room that allows the sliding doors to open up to the airport view. I had a room that faced the opposite side when staying there. My sliding doors didn't open and you couldn't see out either. That was a disappointment for me.
