The hotel is in need of a serious make over. If you have a room with a double bed, there’s no bathroom privacy with a barnyard style door with no locks! The bathrooms are dingy. Housekeeping will only come in if you book them; although they are cleaning day and night. Anytime of the day you see them on all floors picking up trash and dishes outside of the door. The electrical sockets will kill you if you aren’t careful. In our room two sockets had shorts and burnt marks around the sockets. There are only one set of washing machines are dryers in the entire hotel of over 300 rooms, it’s also located in a non-central location. —//— What I did like was the beds. The balcony facing the airport. The night time reception (Although it would be nice if they lasted just an hour longer. Nice if you spent all day shopping or site seeing). The breakfast buffet and cook to Order is nice but needs more variety. We stayed 8 days and the only thing that changed was if they had ham that day or bacon 🥓 This is truly a beautiful and serene hotel. The hotel day staff are awesome to deal with hats off to Ms. Murphy or Mary? Can’t remember but after waiting over 2 hours for the hotel shuttle to pick us up and taking an Uber she made our time there pleasant. Word to the wise. Pick up. Mr. Clean. Lysol Mist and some febreeze fabric spray. It took two days to freshen up the place. Otherwise I would stay here again, maybe. But definitely not the quality you would expect from a Hilton subsidiary.

Everything was good except the laundry room was filty. Also, they need to upgrade the washers, they are very old and don't wash the clothes. There was only 2 washers for the whole hotel. The beds were not comfortable and sunk in in the middle. We were there for a week and only had cleaning service once because they didn't have enough staff. I also feel that they should offer shower caps. The location was good and the food was good. No room service and the bar food and drink were over priced. Fries $8+ and drinks $10+, hamburgers over $25. I guess they can blame it on covid like everyone else does. We stayed there several years ago and had a better experiance. Won't stay there again.

We recently stayed at this hotel and driving up its was so pretty. Parking was nice but definitely would get full. The kids loved the koi ponds. Our room was nice but the hotel seems like its a bit dated. I think they would definitely benefit with some remodeling or updates. They no longer clean rooms unless requested, which was actually nice. We called down for whatever we needed and it was sent up quickly. They have drinks in evening for adults and children with snacks which was very nice we enjoyed doing that. Breakfast was crazy at times not enough seating at times. But we managed. Omelets and coffee were my favorite, I didn't care too much for other stuff. The staff were all so friendly and very helpful. The pool looked lovely but too crowded for us to go.

We had a beautiful accessible king suite for our spring break trip to Los Angeles. My daughter is in a large power wheelchair and travels with a lot of equipment. This hotel was spacious and felt clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is so lovely. I would return here without hesitation. The breakfast was also great!

This hotel is about 5min from the airport... Attractions: Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach... Many others that are approx 20-30min away. If you use your GPS, directions will navigate you specifically.
According to Google, the World Cruise Center is approximately 20 miles away, or 30 minutes by car.
Yes, but I'm kind of cheap. So i didn't mind waiting so i could save those dollars.
Just a credit card hold of publicized room rate, $199 or similar. You get it back a day after you leave.
The pool area was open when I was there just this past weekend. Just to make sure I would give the front desk a call
That's a good question! I think you should call them because I do not know
If you park on street you may get a ticket. I saw police ticketing at 4am.
Gonna Have To Agree That They Dont Have Much Good Views. However Its An Amazing Place To Stay.Parking Lot View & Airport.
It does have self parking but be prepared to pay $35 per night. The parking area is up under the facility or change a parking spot on the street around which are scarce.
