This hotel is incredible! I couldnβt say enough nice things about the property and the staff. Wendy made us feel like she was a kind, caring, and respectful host rather than a hotel receptionist who is only there for a paycheck. The room was amazing, the pool and hot-tub were great, and this hotel is close to great restaurants and is close enough to all the fun things to see in LA.

Recently renovated hotel near LAX. clean room and good amenities. Excellent isolation despite being near airport. Good breakfast and easy parking but with fee ( 20$ ). Our experience was a bit inconvenient at the beginning. We reserved 2 queen bed but they only had one king with sofa. They offered great discount and free parking.

Stayed at the Hyatt for a family Birthday trip. My experience was great. Staff was nice, Breakfast was served from 6 am - 10am on weekends. Good for the early birds like me π .. Room was nice an clean was able to hook my phone to watch netflix. Would definitely recommend this place.

This is the second time I stayed here. Last time was in April 2021 and then this January. Property is nice and it feels safe. Wonderful building. Kids loved the living room area. Only bad thing was the air vent in the restroom was hella filthy. Other than that, love staying here. Did I mention they have a great breakfast buffet?

When you get to lax, the pick up is down on the first level! You have to be at its specific stop and it's going to take you to the Lyft and Uber pick up, yes its complimentary. You can use one of those ride share service there.

They have shuttle to airport. You can inquire with them. However you have Metro station just opposite, that is better

Lot is not gated. Security is very minimal. Employees walk around once in a while.
