Why does it take so long for the bus to come, I've been waiting 2 hours because the number 51 doesn't know how to stay on schedule it is now 8:30 pm almost and it was suppose to leave the train station and be by 22st by 7:45 this happens all the time

The buses are breaking down in the process the driver is waiting on another bus to transfer to it takes time for all this to happen
