This clinic gives out false information putting my son in a worse stage than he was already in Which caused my son to be in the childrens hospital for weeks The dr sherif z khamis Swore that he knew what he was doing when telling us my son is perfectly fine And then days later they called us saying due to the X-rays something is wrong We are force to go here due to our insurance but this place needs to be investigated by the board of health and that dr needs his licensed removed for the things he’s doing I’m going to do everything in my power to file complaints I hope everyone else does report them to the medical board and get this place investigated or shut down before they hurt more people

I walk in with my autistic teenage son who was jumped at school by a group of bullies and needed to be checked out by a doctor, beforehand I called my insurance who told me to go to this clinic and that they are a walk in clinic no appointments necessary. I go to the pediatric window where I'm spoken to quite rude-ly and told that no,my son cannot be seen there and that they do take my insurance but cannot take my son, and even if they were going to see him they had no appointments available. I asked why they were refusing to treat my son, and she told me to call my insurance, I told her I did tell my insurance and they told me to come here and that it was okay to walk in and after her website said that they take walk-ins and even the sign out door said that they are walking clinic and she said oh no that I was wrong and offered no further explanation. I left when she became more arrogant and wanted to play word games with me. Was it the way we looked? I mean I don't understand if we have the correct insurance, walked into a "walk-in clinic" in the afternoon when they have more than Enough time to see my son with only a few people in the waiting room so it's not like they were over booked, and my insurance literally TOLD me to go to that clinic, why was she refusing to see my son?... Makes no sense but imma find out if that is legal or not. I advise avoiding that place.

Extremely unorganized clinic. Workers are rude, unprofessional, impolite, and lack basic communication skills. Did not know symptoms of COVID-19 that appeared on paper their coworker provided to us. Do not recommend going here in any circumstance.

There's a lot of reasons why I hate this place to be honest this isn't even all of it. They are horrible people. Anyways I split it up since I've been to both sides where you either make an appointment or go to Urgent Care... Urgent Care They don't answer there phone at all. Takes a thousand years to be seen. Goes on breaks too often. Didn't receive my referrals at all or take more than 2 months to get to me. Some doctors are completely rude and will rush you and give you attitude for nothing. Didn't receive my meds til a month and a half late. They never answer my mom's phone when she calls them and a guy gave her attitude and hung up on her. A doctor gave my mom attitude for asking them what is wrong with my brother. They gave me a shot on a different time I visited which caused me to feel light headed when I tried to notify some of the staffs they ignored me and kept walking. They didn't even bother to see if I was ok or to at least tell someone that something is wrong but then they want to say I should walk it off even though doing it made me feel like I was going to pass out. Then they wanted to send me away to the hospital cause they probably gave me the wrong shot. They claimed it was ibuprofen and Tylenol but I have no allergies to those so they must of had the wrong meds. I tried requesting referrals they lied and said they can't do more than 1 when a different doctor put in 6 different 1s that came in within a week. That's probably the only good doctor in there screw the rest. They even lied and said I had to make an appointment to receive referrals. Making appointment that's not Urgent Care Everytime I get there early they say I can't sign in til a half hr later while other people signed in. One desk employee gave me attitude when I didn't hear her due to her talking soft. Doctors be rushing to leave. They didn't put in my referrals still when I requested it. They don't take their job serious when it comes to race and other people that need help. Most of the staff should be fired and replaced. They don't notify you when you need the appointment. They're HIGHLY unorganized and only focused on making a quick buck while lives are at stake. I've been horribly ill for a full year so far and I'm still not getting any better. Unfortunately being here is a waste of time especially when they "try to help".
