Yes but not sure if there is any parking area but there is a drop off area at the front of the building

You could transfer to the airtrain from the BART/Caltrain I think, West field road stop.

Yes. It is slightly North of the airport. There's a tram that takes you there from the airport. 2nd stop away, approximately 1-2 miles
