I was lied to about how long my recall would take. I just checked in for a recall that will now take 1/2 to a full day to perform and I was told an hour and a half when it was scheduled.

Sorry for the info. They should have advised you that they would need to inspect the vehicle first before providing you with an ETA. The inspection will determine how long the recall will take.
