Total waste of time, long hold times, overseas workers on the phone, every time you call you have to go over the entire issue to the rep again because they don't take notes apparently, hidden fees, uninformative reps don't reveal details of what you are getting until you are deep in the process for example if you buy internet only then be careful because there is a data cap off that they don't tell you about. Local techs are fast and reliable but phone customer service is a hot mess. Be prepared to take the day off work just to resolve issues with this company.

I’ve worked hard to contact retention services to get an account review, asking to change my account to a not so expensive internet data only package,. I called the provider 9 times to be just be placed on ignore 7 times for several minutes. I was connected to the retention service three times, and dropped three times when asking if I could please have a reduction in cost with a data only service. I guess I was out of line by being polite, and asking if there was a plan that could reduce my cost. The simple solution is to switch providers I guess??? If anyone has the option to not have them as a service provider, I would highly recommend it.

I moved to town and did not have any idea about services. It has been the worst TV and Internet experience I had had in the 27 years of purchasing service. This company has frequent outages which is okay I guess. They require you to pay for services ahead of time which I have never had to do. Usually you pay for services at the end of the billing cycle. Now after a year of bad service, I cancel service on 4/28/2022 and they inform me that they do not pro rate service. So, They make you pay ahead and when you cancel, they still charge you. I will have to pay for service until 5/23/2022 that I am not even using! Bad service, expensive service, make you pay ahead, and then charge you for services not rendered. Stay away from this service!

This company does not care about customer service and customer satisfaction. They took three and a half months to fix my internet service. In the meantime they continued charging me. When I called to reverse the charges they repeatedly wasted my time and even refused to give me credit. I have closed my account and will report them to the Better Business Beurau and the Oregon Department of Consumer Affairs.

The outage which impacted services for customers in Redmond was due to two fires that broke out near our central hub site equipment. The damaged fiber has been replaced and our Field Services Team is assessing the situation for further improvement
So the fix just made it worse then...this is an absolute joke of a company....
RUN!!! IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS FOR ANOTHER SERVICE Run for it! I havnt had internet except 45 minutes a day for over 2 years and am still billed and it hasnt been fixed or credited. RUN. My only option for internet and rv is them as a sercice provider. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS.

No you have to have a minimum cable plan to have HBO. It is a network required thing for Cable providers but like Brian said you can get HBO Now or through Amazon Prime there is an HBO service too. This will work on your Bend Broadband internet.
If your TV says no signal try changing the input on your tv.
Yes! Well I can with my Samsung anyways. You can go on their website for instructions. You just search the site for remote and go to the remote set up page. Choose your remote and it will give you instructions on set ups. Or call support. I think they will help too
This is not a place to ask Bend Broadband a question. This is where you can ask local guides for assistance. What I know about them is that they are in fact still local. They do have a parent company that bought them out in 2014. They still have local retail offices and call center. TDS is now also TDS Bend Broadband.
This is a question for the email service you are using, not your internet provider. However, you usually have an option to add any email address as spam in your email

I haven't seen any posted outages and I work there so I would call or reset your modem.
Try restarting your equipment by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. If the issue presists the network may be experiencing issues
I live in DRW...just got word that there are a few trucks working down by the River Woods store.
They are experiencing a large number of calls and they can't keep up with it. I went into there office in bend. Buying out Crest view seems to have janked there efficiency.

I know that here in Bend, Internet is sometimes a little slow, but no outages. Have you contacted the local BBB office. I also suggest if your not confident with your CSR answers, contact the main here in Bend.

Probably not a provider problem. Try unplugging and waiting a few minutes, also unplug modem, router etc, then plug everything back in and try again. Good luck

Trust me, I have that number. Direct Customer Service Esculation Team reps too. But don’t expect help for free. 49.95 just hit my bill. Technical Support. I am ready to BAIL. If you enjoy spending hours on the phone, just to be told it has to , once again, go up the chain of command before they can correct my bill. Just to get it in the mail a week later, worse than it was before.
Sad but true. You have to disconnect the equipment and take it to the main office. They will not send someone out to pick it up. If not, they will charge you the price of new equipment. Sad but true.
I am not as happy with the road retorts and cameras either. But that is not a cable providers doing. I suggest that you let ODOT know you are not happy. I did and got one of those generic cover all bases answers but if enough of us complain they might take some action.
I live on the west side, and it's really slow right now. Benbroadband is absolutely the worst! I would take anything over it, but I have no choice!
You can always call them and ask if there is an outage in your area. I had to do this a few times in my former apartment. One time it was routine maintenance, another was somebody crashing into a service box with their truck
