My experience tells me to make an appointment or be the first there in the morning. I usually drop the car, go have breakfast or go to the book store. Brakes and braking systems take time to inspect and repair!
Did you have an appointment? Talk to earnesto the mgr. If no service, take care and go somewhere else. They are always busy there and I learned not to expect any work while I waited. Leave it and take an Uber. Their work though has always been good snd the cost reasonable.
