Horrible service. Always try to upsell. I brought my car in to have the rear bakes fixed 2 1/2 years ago at 101K mile and they suggested me to change the calipers (no leak on the calipers) as well. Together almost $1000, I agreed. Two years later, one of the calipers they replaced started to leak the brake fluid. I brought the car back and the service manager started to tell me (on the phone) I need to have the front brakes fixed, plus the rear brakes. They told me the rear brake is down to 50%. After only 30K miles they replaced them! I denied all this time. I took off the wheel and measured by myself later and it still remains over 80%! The labor cost to replace the rear caliper and flash the brake fluid is $450 (calipers are under warranty, but when I visited them in the store they told all the parts has only 12 month warranty). I denied again. Better to give the business to other honest people even I have to pay more.

Initially my experience was fine. The shop manager was knowledgeable and helpful. Alignment and tire installation only took about an hour and a half. 1 day later I noticed one of their technicians had scratched the wheel of my 2016 BMW and didn't care to repair it (they offer wheel repair services) or let alone inform me of the damages done to my vehicle. I can live with a scratched wheel. What I cannot live with is deceit, and this is what I experienced at Wheel Works. America's Tire, here I come.

Dave, the manager, and Jasper were both pleasant and knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoughtfully. I could not ask for a better experience. Sincerely, John Mangelsdorf

I arrived with a nail in my tire. I asked if they could fix or replace the one tire. They gave me a four hour window. I asked if they could just put the spare on. I am a service tech with multiple appointments that I must drive to. They said the wait time would be the same to just move the spare on. I changed my own tire right in front of their shop. Not one tech checked in with me to see how it was going. I have a fleet of service vans, and will not be taking one van here for tires.

Call Wheel Works and they will let you know.
My experience tells me to make an appointment or be the first there in the morning. I usually drop the car, go have breakfast or go to the book store. Brakes and braking systems take time to inspect and repair!
Yes. But the suggestion for an appointment is good - they are always busy.
