You would always have to go inside to find anything out. When you call the Xchange to transfer to Fire Arms Dept, you will never get to speak to anyone, ever. They will say no one's picking up, this Xchange has the "LAZIEST" and I really do mean the "LAZIEST" customer service I've seen on any base, both when calling or in store. Base Commander should really look into this..... Horrible Service!
Yes they do, they have a small section at the far left corner in the BX, their hours are different than the BX hours though.
