I I had bad service at the one in Manchester they could not even understand a sonic burger with no pickles three times they brought me one with pickles. I left and went to burger king. I called the 800 number and was treated like an idiot. No more sonic for me

When it comes to Sonic go back to the menu board and in very tiny, hard to read print is an 800 number that will usually get you better results than dealing with the local Mgmt/ Owners. They will pay attention to that!
