As always, you have treated my wife and I ever so wonderfully! The carhops are always genuinely considerate, and the food is always made fresh. They even gave my wife and I l, a couple of coupons for some free ice cream! Which turns out great when we are out on a date! Thanks for everything sonic!

The employees are friendly, and so helpful. The food is good. Our only issue is our orders always seem to be slightly off. Pickles are missing, no tomato or ketchup, etc. Not normally an issue when we eat there in the car. Yesterday we left to eat elsewhere, and didn't notice until we had the food divided between our kids. We will just start checking more closely. Also, my husband's unsweet tea had a sandy looking substance at the inside bottom of his cup. We don't normally order drinks, so not sure if this is something that happens a lot or not.

As Sue Yochum stated, it would be against the law for the business to reply. It would be best to simply contact the individual directly and ask. Also, this question just popped up on every local guides phone so there's a good chance he knows your asking. 😅😂😂
I I had bad service at the one in Manchester they could not even understand a sonic burger with no pickles three times they brought me one with pickles. I left and went to burger king. I called the 800 number and was treated like an idiot. No more sonic for me
