No Vision Care department here. They have a small pharmacy however. Other surrounding cities' Wal-Mart's do have vision care centers tho. Check out Tracy's walmart or one of the Stockton stores for that. Personally, i recommend the Lodi walmart (its about 30 minutes north of the Manteca walmart). Very helpful associates and it's a nice, clean store.
No Stockton or Modesto would be your best bet
