Had a great experience renting a fishing boat from Yorgo and Justin. Justin was there when I picked up and dropped off the rental. He took the time to make sure I completed understood how to use all features of the boat and that all questions were answered.

Haven’t rented a boat yet. Requested a quote, and received an email and phone call shortly after. Customer service was great, they answered all my questions and give me all the info I needed to return to rent a boat. Now I just need to decide which one to rent, with such a large selection hard to decide. I am looking forward to renting with them.

Renting our first patio/pontoon boat was an excellent experience through H20! Peter and the other staff members were very helpful and provided great customer service!! The boats are in very good condition and it is great to have the option to tow the boat to wherever you want to use it or drop in at Tracy Oasis! The price was very good too! We can't wait to use them again for the larger patio boat and jet ski's!

Mechanical malfunctions are not your responsibility. However, external damage to the equipment or improper use of the watercraft becomes the full responsibility of the renter — even if the renter is not the pilot of the watercraft at the time the damage occurs.

All damages will be settled upon return of the rental craft. Upon return of crafts, if there is any damage LESSEE will pay either using deposit or will pay using cash/check. IF DAMAGE EXCEEDS DEPOSIT THE LESSEE IS STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES TO CRAFT OR EQUIPMENT. H20 CRAFT RENTALS is the only party who will authorize repairs. H20 Craft Rentals reserves the right to have damages repaired by whomever they deem acceptable and capable. LESSEE waives the right to dispute who performs repairs. H2O Craft Rentals will issue a credit towards future rentals if damage or problems with watercraft prove to be t he fault of H2O Craft Rentals. After a thorough inspection of said craft from an H2O Craft Rentals representative, a credit slip will be issued to LESSEE, and will only be redeemable for a future H2O Craft rental.
Yes - minimum charge is $125 first 30 min. $200 per hour thereafter. Plus gas charge for rescue craft. Absolutely no cash refunds!
