Some of the most rude employees I've ever had to deal with. They treat everyone like they are beneath them. As if we are all liars and cheats just because we are on welfare. I love the programs and help they offer. But I did NOT like being treated as if I was less than. Glad to be off of welfare now and not having to deal with their negativity on a regular basis.

Horrible service. The lady who answers the phone is really rushy, and doesnt connect you to the right person. I called back a few times after and she picked up and hung up 1 time then didnt answer the rest. Its been more times than that.
