I ordered 2 coats on line from your web site. How do I go about returning them. Not what I expected. They didn’t come with paper work for returning. Just an address.

call Walmart and if you paid with your credit card you have your statement receipt

Take them with the paper work to the service desk

Return at the service desk.

I've returned items that I've bought online before. I just took it to the customer service desk & returned it the same way I'd return an item that was purchased in store.
