Why if I come before 3:00 and I'm the ONLY person asking for service took 45 minutes to get my food? There was another couple but they were eating already. I wonder what's going on in the kitchen after I saw 3 people cooking in the kitchen.

I did not enjoy the food nor the way they handle when staff do not make it clear that a meal comes with one side...l will not be in a hurry to return and it was my first visit.

That's the best answer make noise 2 management nothing's going to change unless you make noise but don't be at all about it. Because it is shift change anything and everything could have been happening that day

300 sounds about like a shift change time of day. Every time I have been there the service has been great. You should take your complaints to the management. I am sure they would try to make it right.
