Why are people at the customer service counter walking away from customers at 8:30 in the morning without a word. And allowed to cover there name badge when asked for there names ?

I know her name. Gave it to the manager. But to call me rude for not shouting 20 feet to another person after she ran with out a word. My face is severely bruised and swollen from surgery. So there is no doubt she walked away without a word and called me rude for doing the same. Unfortunately she represented all of Homedepot with that over all response to a customer. And i just can't spend my $$ at that type of business. And upon reading other reviews below it looks like this is not the first time a homedepot employee blows off a customer. Do you know when you walk into Ace hardware they greet you at the door? Ask you if you need any help finding anything. Look you in the eye and show common courtesy and respect? I do. I just left
