Hello Justine, we have met personally and I will have to say that the rooms do not not have windows that opens from my experience staying there in November 2019. My view of downtown San Jose from the 19th Floor was spectacular. Do find time to enjoy the Nighttime views as well. Views are available close to the elevators as well.
