Will the pool be opening for the summer of 2020 and if so is there a date set ?
Call the city of Oneonta parks and rec Dept.
I would call the city of Oneonta and get a reservation to be safe. I was just at the pavilion and it says this pavilion can be rented for parties, and I believe it gives you a number to call.
There are a couple more pavilions down on the lower level as well.
Normally the pavillion is empty so you could probably just go set up there. We have always done that for birthdays and such
