No they don't unfortunately...this gumbo is scratch made which means the base is started with a flour rich roux.
Eat it anyway. I've got celiac and I will kill for a bowl of their Gumbo....... Totally worth it
No way, roux is made with flour and oil.
Most gumbo start with a roux which is flour base so I do not believe so but not hundred percent sure.
Gumbos usually have a roux. The key ingredient of that is flour. So it's very unlikely.
