They've just changed it to 10pm closing time now I know it's not 24 hrs like it used to be but it's a little more time to shop

It's not just locally. It's nationwide and has been since March 2020. I used to work 2nd shift. Believe me I understand that it sucks. Walmart bases it on local and national reopening plans.
