We had a custom ring in mind but hadn't had great luck with other jewelers. We visited Jared and were helped by Ashley. She listened to what we wanted and had a can do attitude during our whole discussion, helping us consider all options available. Ultimately we ended up having a custom ring made that my fiancé and are I thrilled with. Ashley has since helped us with ring care. Overall our experience has been great!

Jared located at the Independence Center is the best out of the 3 stores around Kansas City!!! Each and every time, I am greeted with a smile and friendliness. They aim to provide customer satisfaction without any pressure. I enjoy working with the store manager, Leslie and assistant manger, Ashley. They are both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I appreciate their professional sound advice towards inquiries and purchases. I recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service and beautiful jewelry!

Great customer service & knowledgeable staff! The Jared’s at Independence Center, in Independence, MO is the best in the region between KS & MO. They make every transaction a personable one. The management team (Leslie & Ashley), as well as the shop manager (Paul) are very kind & remember us by name. I would have rated Jared very poorly a year ago but that changed in the last month. I have had my wedding ring in 2011 and almost immediately realized my white gold ring contained nickel which I am allergic too. I developed a rash and could not wear my ring most days. I had rhodium plating done every 6 months which helped but its a pain to leave the ring for service every time I got the inspection done. I tried several times to take advantage of the trade in policy the store has. I needed to spend double to trade in my original ring. I was looking to trade in for a platinum ring but I wanted a ring that was as close to the look of my original as possible. I was given a ridiculously, unaffordable quote for a custom made ring that would look exactly like the original, told another time I was not spending enough, or another time the price went way over my budget for the trade. I tried several times to make a deal on trading in my ring and it never worked. That was until I went in and met Ashley, Teresa, and Molly. I brought my ring in and casually mentioned to Teresa that I had wanted to trade my ring in. She brought in Ashley and Molly and they went to work. They found a ring very similar to my white gold ring in platinum, that was in the right price range. They showed me several band options, and found an enhancer that went well with the ring. They gave me the one on one service I expected to get a Jared but had never actually received. I have had my ring for a few weeks and it is perfect! These 3 ladies totally changed my opinion of Jared! My experience this day and with this transaction was so good it is hard for me to remember what all negative experiences I had in the past trying to get this trade done. I look forward to coming to the store for inspections without the negative feeling I used to have.
