Every employer that hires for a company will make a decision different then the other. That question really doesn't have a direct answer there's no way to answer is because it varies. I worked for McDonald's and would run circles around other employee's I would be the go 2 girl who anyone could call to cover their shift I would work from open to close then open again the next day no complaint my checks were higher then all my team leader mangt. I would scrub the doors with a tooth brush I treated customers like they were my friends. I had some personal issues that caused me to get fired. Another McDonald's hired me even after checking my past employers and McDonald's. It wasn't because of my end performance that mattered upon getting hired it was the fact that my time with them I was a phenomenal employee they knew I was reliable and was dedicated to working there and I did it with a smile. However I did get declined because of the way I left at another McDonald's.
It will depend on what you apply for and whether you left them under good terms before.
