Scott, I'm sorry this was your experience. It may be better to voice your concerns to the manager to make them aware of the situation and allow them a chance to correct any mistakes that may have been made.
Scott, I’m sorry you had to wait this morning. The reason there was a large order ahead of you was it was started prior to you coming in for a delivery and had a time that had to be delivered by. It was a large catering. I’m sorry that you had to wait… I understand your point and we will look into that.
Never had that happen or that I realized. I am pretty sure that the operate on a first order, first cooked and served basis. I do know that depending on the location and time, if the restaurant is busy, I may not go, but that is almost any restaurant in my book. It better be a Michelin 5 star restaurant for me to wait more than 15 minutes. If the host or hostess lies, then I don't go back. They don't deserve my money at that point. I think everyone deserves that much. There are too many choices and restaurants out there to NOT have rules like this.
