Can you bring your well behaved dog in the patio?

They put dog bowls out in front, i believe they are pet friendly

I agree with Ani... I've been there many times and most times I've seen patrons with dogs. I would assume yes but, I would call to check.

To be clear: they have ~3(4?) small tables for 2(each [big enough for drinks for 2, or food for 1]) on the sidewalk out front, with water bowls nearby. I don't recall seeing a dog on either patio (when I go, I often hang out for hours [then again, my memory really sux])
