One of the highest compliments that I can give someone is that they are good at their job. Well all of these guys are GREAT at what they do. A lot of credit goes to the ownership for hiring such competent and friendly people. In the store, Aaron was a great resource, and not pushy or "salesy." He gave my wife and me all the features of the beds we tried out, and was very knowledgeable. He gave us plenty of space to decide which mattress was the best fit. We got the mattress we wanted, and Aaron was able to set up delivery quickly. Delivery guys fought the good fight, battling with our extremely tight stairways to get a queen-sized box spring into our building. It was unfortunately an exercise in futility. However, the delivery guys said they would go back to the warehouse and grab a split queen and be back in an hour. No extra charge! They came back, set up the bed, and even with all the frustration experienced with our tight stairways, they were remained friendly and professional. We had a terrific experience with Los Angeles Mattress Stores and would recommend them to anyone.

Was definitely skeptical once I first pulled in the parking lot, but those feelings were put at ease quickly. The mattress store has a very nice appearance. They sell only American made mattresses. Always feels good to buy Made in the USA. We were going to buy a queen mattress set but ended up with a king mattress set because the prices were so reasonable! They delivered the mattress a few months ago and me and my husband have been getting amazing sleep. Very pleased I found Los Angeles Mattress Stores.
