NEVER MAKE A RESERVATION WITH ENTERPRISE !!!! A big lack of respect, 0 professionalism and clearly something you don’t want for your stay in LA ! More details below: We arrived to pick up our car we booked online and the staff just did everything to not give us the car (probably because there was no car !!): 1) no expiration date in the driver license (several countries don’t have expiration date on drivers licenses 2) not 1 but 2 US phone numbers required as contacts (yes big joke I confirm) 3) end of the day so no time to do the pick up (big joke again we were clearly on time) And I’m not giving all the details !! Stay away from Enterprise !!

I had a car reservation booked today and told them I was coming in after 9:30AM, which was when my body shop opened. I called to tell them I was down the street at 10:45AM and my car was already given away? No call, no email, just gave my car away? Thanks guys, real class act, left me stranded and didn't even give me any other options. You had my number and email and I've booked with you in the past. So disappointing, even a confirmed reservation means nothing to you? North Hollywood Enterprise was grateful for my business, I guess you guys don't understand the concept of customer service.

I went in this morning to pick up my car and was greeted by Chris. Super friendly and polite right off the bat. This was the first time I had rented a car and he was more than happy to walk me through everything. Since this was my first rental I was only prepared to pay the total for the days I had reserved and was not aware or prepared for the $200 security deposit. Since they do not accept cash I was going to have to go out of my way to uber to a Bank of America and deposit the cash. Luckily, Chris was nice enough to offer to take me to the closest one. After that was take care of everything was quick and easy. Really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this location.
