I was finally able to get a hold of their office and appparently its closed for target shooting until, quoted as they said the “WHOLE forest must get two inches of rain”. So who knows whenever thats going to be considering this is Southern California. (11/22/17)
It's always open for off-roading but right now it's closed for shooting only..
